Intuitive Intelligence in the Age of AI
One-Day Immersion for Leaders
Led by Dr. Nina Guilbeault & Astrid Schanz-Garbassi
As artificial intelligence accelerates how we process and analyze information, our uniquely human modes of knowing become a strategic advantage. Research from neuroscience, psychology, and organizational behavior shows that the most successful executives consistently rely on intuition for their most critical decisions, particularly in moments of ambiguity, complexity, or incomplete information, allowing them to make decisions that are both accurate and deeply aligned. This immersion is designed to awaken, map, and operationalize Intuitive Intelligence—the synthesis of brain, body, emotion, heart, and experience that produces rapid, reliable insight beyond conscious reasoning. You will bring a real challenge you're currently facing, and we'll guide you to apply your intuition directly while learning a repeatable protocol for accessing your inner knowing in high-stakes moments.
Intuition is our system's capacity to arrive at accurate insights without conscious analytic reasoning through a measurable neurobiological process involving sensory data from the body, experiences, and emotional cues. Neuroscience calls this non-conscious pattern recognition, and it expands our cognitive bandwidth far beyond what conscious analysis alone can hold. While AI excels at optimizing what is already known, intuition helps us navigate what is emerging and enables leaders to discern truth in complexity, detect misalignment, integrate relational and emotional information into decisions, access creativity and originality, and avoid decision fatigue. The capacity to tune into our intuitive signal is more important than ever, both as a uniquely human capacity and for effective collaboration with emerging technologies.
Who This is For
This is for leaders who are navigating:
A high-stakes decision where data can't fully provide answers
Cognitive overload or decision fatigue that clouds clarity
Situations requiring both rational and non-rational forms of knowing
Conflicting viable paths that all "make sense" but don't feel right
An instinct that something is calling, but not yet nameable
What You’ll Gain
Direct clarity on the challenge you bring into the immersion
The ability to leverage your intuition to make better decisions
An experience of how collective attention amplifies individual insight
Connection with other leaders exploring ways of knowing beyond analysis
A renewed relationship to your own inner guidance, your most reliable strategic asset
What to Expect
MORNING | Mapping Your Intuitive System
Through guided meditation, movement, and somatic mapping, you'll identify how intuitive insight uniquely arrives for you and develop a repeatable, personal protocol for accessing it.
AFTERNOON | Collective Intelligence for Real Challenges
This is where you’ll bring an actual decision or challenge in the group and experience how insight becomes more precise when sourced through collective intelligence.
EVENING | Integration & Embodiment
As the sun sets, we move into sauna, hot tub, nature, journaling, and a Vocal Soundbath designed to imprint insights somatically. We close with reflections, commitments, and integration.

Nina is grounded, wise, and holds the kind of presence that calls you forward into the best version of yourself. Her presence has brought me into deeper alignment with my own truth and clarity about what I'm creating. She has this way of clearing away the noise and bringing into full attention what actually matters—especially when I'm facing a decision where the right path isn't obvious. Her presence helps me access my deepest knowing and brings out the best in me.

Astrid has a gift for noticing subtle things—shifts in tone and body language, what’s said and what isn’t. She evoked this in our very first session, then asked one question, delivered with so much care, that set the tone for everything that followed.
