Intuition is our access to truth beyond what the conscious mind can comprehend, a knowing that arises from a clear center beneath our conditioning. As AI expands our capacity to process information, the ability to discern signal from noise becomes even more essential for leadership. This workshop teaches systematic protocols for accessing what we call Intuitive Intelligence—the synthesis of brain, body, emotion, heart, and experience that allows us to navigate emerging technologies and make aligned decisions from wisdom beyond analysis.

Who This is For

Leaders navigating:

  • A high-stakes decision where data can't fully provide answers

  • Cognitive overload or decision fatigue that clouds clarity

  • Situations requiring both rational and non-rational forms of knowing

  • Conflicting viable paths that all "make sense" but don't feel right

  • An instinct that something is calling, but not yet nameable

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct clarity on the challenge you bring into the workshop

  • The ability to access your primary intuitive channels systematically

  • An experience of how collective attention amplifies individual insight

  • A repeatable protocol for accessing your inner knowing in high-stakes moments

  • Connection with other leaders exploring ways of knowing beyond analysis

What to Expect

MORNING | Mapping Your Intuitive System

Through guided meditation, movement, and somatic mapping, you'll identify your primary intuitive channels and develop the capacity to tune into your intuition systematically.

AFTERNOON | Collective Intelligence for Real Challenges

We invite you to bring an actual decision or challenge and experience how individual clarity amplifies through group attunement. You'll leave with a repeatable protocol for future decisions.

EVENING | Integration & Embodiment

As the sun sets, we will enjoy the sauna, hot tub, journaling, and a Vocal Soundbath designed to imprint insights somatically. We close with reflections, commitments, and integration.

Meals

We will enjoy incredible plant-based meals.

Venue

Held at Anza Retreat, a private venue in the Berkeley Hills.

Investment

$350 (limited to 20 participants)

  • Nina is truly gifted—it’s rare to find someone so deeply attuned to the intuitive and energetic realms who also brings the intellectual rigor of a Harvard PhD. Nina has a unique ability to access what lies beyond ordinary perception—call it the divine, universal intelligence, or higher consciousness—and translate that energy into exactly what you need in the moment.

Alex Robinson, CEO & Co-Founder, Juniper Square

  • Working with Nina has been truly transformational for me. She has helped me reconnect with my intuition, which in turn has allowed me to make decisions from a place of alignment and truth. Beyond our sessions, Nina has given me tools that support continuous growth and keep me grounded in myself. Her guidance has been invaluable as I've navigated complex decisions and stayed connected to what truly matters.

Maricel Saenz, Founder & CEO at Compound

  • The clarity, connection, and sense of safety Nina created in her intuition for leadership workshop was profound. Through her precise language and thoughtful guidance, I was able to access my intuition in a way I never had before and, more importantly, develop real discernment around where that intuition was coming from. What made the experience especially powerful was applying the work to a real challenge I’d been holding, leaving with tangible clarity and a practical way to work with intuition moving forward. I’m genuinely excited to continue working with Nina.

Carl Miller, Co-Founder of The Purpose Project

  • Nina doesn’t ask you to believe in intuition, she teaches you how to recognize it, trust it, and lead from it. Nina has a rare ability to create a space that is deeply grounded, intelligently structured, and alive with flow. I felt both held and expanded, safe enough to slow down, and supported enough to listen to my intuition with clarity rather than doubt. This wasn’t inspiration without substance; it was real discernment, embodied and practical. Truly exceptional work.

Michaela Zuckova, Co-Founder of The Purpose Project

  • Working with Astrid has been an incredible catalyst for one of the most transformative periods in my life. She has an otherworldly sense for what is called for in the moment at hand. Astrid has helped me identify, challenge, and remake my limiting beliefs, and it has reshaped how I show up in my career and in my personal life. Her generosity and care made it safe to go deep.

Ryan Moser, Founder & Principal, Protean Partners

  • Working with Astrid has been profoundly grounding and transformative. She has an extraordinary ability to see the real issue beneath the surface, noticing subtle shifts in tone and body language, and naming patterns with clarity, compassion, and zero judgment. Leveraging her intuition and expertise, she has helped me shift into steadiness, agency, and aligned leadership in my life and work.
