My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is that you are fully whole and complete. I am not here to fix you, but to be a partner in helping you work through the blocks preventing you from connecting to your authentic self. I help you develop your intuitive channels so that your mind becomes what it is meant to be, a powerful tool of discernment in service of who you actually are, rather than the only aspect of your being.

I am a bridge between analysis and intuition, helping you integrate both so that you can make decisions from your authentic self. Whether we go into your work, your relationships, your personal history, or the deeper layers of your body, what we are always moving toward is the same thing: the wisdom that lives beyond your thinking mind, made accessible and trustworthy enough that you can actually act on it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are typically $500/hour. My monthly retainer is $1,000 for 2 sessions or $1,800 for 4 sessions, including preparation, follow-up, and a custom database. I always reserve a couple of sliding scale spots.

  • A minimum commitment of 3 months is required. After that we move to month-to-month. Most containers last 6 to 12 months depending on the depth and scope of the work.

  • Most coaching works at the level of the mind, goals, and behavioral change. This work integrates parts work, somatic inquiry, energy healing, and guided visualization across every dimension of your being. Clients consistently describe shifts that would have taken years through conventional approaches.

  • A session in which I bring my full multisensory perception to a specific situation, relationship, or decision. There is no framework or process to follow. I receive and offers what I perceive, and what emerges is often what the analytical mind has not been able to reach on its own.

  • Being intuitive means having particularly developed access to perception beyond the analytical mind, receiving information through the body, energy, images, or direct knowing. My conviction is that these capacities are inherent to all of us.

  • Founders, executives, creatives, and leaders who have achieved a great deal and sense that something deeper is available. Many have done significant personal development work and are ready to go further. What matters most is genuine openness, not a particular background or title.
