Workshops

I design and facilitate workshops for companies and teams around intuition for leadership, decision-making under uncertainty, team alignment, and navigating organizational transitions. Leaders work on real challenges and leave with direct experience of accessing their intuition.

Workshops for Companies and Teams

Your team is navigating decisions that data alone cannot resolve, or moving through a transition where alignment keeps breaking down despite good strategy. You sense that the collective intelligence in the room is greater than what is currently being accessed. I design and facilitate workshops that help leaders and teams work from that deeper intelligence together.

  • Leaders bring a real decision they are holding and learn systematic protocols for accessing their intuition, distinguishing between fear and true signal, and making high-stakes decisions from a place of clarity and alignment.

  • For teams navigating misalignment, conflict, or transition, using somatic and intuitive practices to surface what is not being said, restore trust, and align around shared purpose at a level that strategy alone cannot reach.

  • A workshop series for companies going through mergers, restructuring, or leadership change, helping leaders stay grounded and connected to their center during periods of uncertainty so they can guide their teams from presence rather than reactivity.

Intuitive Intelligence in the Age of AI

Upcoming Workshop

Sunday April 12th in Berkeley, California

Intuition is our access to truth beyond what the conscious mind can comprehend, a knowing that arises from a clear center beneath our conditioning. As AI expands our capacity to process information, the ability to discern signal from noise becomes even more essential for leadership. This workshop teaches systematic protocols for accessing what we call Intuitive Intelligence, the synthesis of brain, body, emotion, heart, and experience that allows us to navigate emerging technologies and make aligned decisions from wisdom beyond analysis.

What to Expect

Mapping Your Intuitive System. Through guided meditation, movement, and somatic mapping, you will identify your primary intuitive channels and develop the capacity to tune into your intuition systematically.

Collective Intelligence for Real Challenges. We invite you to bring an actual decision or challenge and experience how individual clarity amplifies through group attunement. You will leave with a repeatable protocol for future decisions.

Integration and Embodiment. As the sun sets, we will enjoy the sauna, hot tub, journaling, and a Vocal Soundbath designed to imprint insights somatically. We close with reflections, commitments, and integration.

Venue

Held at Anza Retreat, a private venue in the Berkeley Hills.

Investment

$350 (limited to 20 participants)

Includes full day of facilitation, meals by private chef, Vocal Soundbath, and access to Anza facilities including sauna and hot tub.

Astrid works with founders and executives at the intersection of intuition, emotional fluency, and embodied leadership.

What Participants Say

  • Nina doesn’t ask you to believe in intuition, she teaches you how to recognize it, trust it, and lead from it. Nina has a rare ability to create a space that is deeply grounded, intelligently structured, and alive with flow. I felt both held and expanded, safe enough to slow down, and supported enough to listen to my intuition with clarity rather than doubt. This wasn’t inspiration without substance; it was real discernment, embodied and practical.

    Michaela Zuckova, Co-Founder, Leadership Development

  • The clarity, connection, and sense of safety Nina created in her intuition for leadership workshop was profound. Through her precise language and thoughtful guidance, I was able to access my intuition in a way I never had before and, more importantly, develop real discernment around where that intuition was coming from. What made the experience especially powerful was applying the work to a real challenge I’d been holding, leaving with tangible clarity and a practical way to work with intuition moving forward.

    Carl Miller, Co-Founder, Leadership Development

  • I attended Nina’s intuition workshop for leaders and what I appreciated most was how safe and accessible she made the topic feel. She has a beautiful way of explaining what intuition is, how differently it shows up for each of us, and how to start listening to it without forcing anything. This felt like a gentle but powerful entry point into a part of myself I’ve been wanting to trust and strengthen. I’m really grateful for this dynamic group experience.
