When you are in the midst of a challenging decision, transition, or block, I offer a deep dive that includes an intention session, guided visioning journey, and an integration session.
How an Intensive Works
You are holding a decision that analysis has not been able to resolve. You are in the middle of a transition that feels disorienting and urgent. You sense that a pattern is running your life and you are ready to trace it to its origin. The Intensive is a deep dive designed for these moments.

We begin with a 30-minute session to clarify your intention and what you are holding. This session establishes the focus for the deep dive and prepares your system for the work ahead.

The core of the Intensive, typically 3 hours. We do soul-level pattern work, tracing present-day challenges to their origin, whether in childhood, family lineage, or beyond. Through guided visualization and intuitive inquiry, we access the knowing that lives beneath the conscious mind and work directly with what emerges. You may choose to experience my signature Vocal Sound Healing as part of your journey.

We close with a 1-hour session to integrate what emerged during the journey and ground it into your life, your decisions, and your next steps.
